The $68.00 base rate applies at every stage and includes the first 2,000 gallons. Additional use is charged per 1,000 gallons within each tier.
A 0.5% regulatory assessment for retail water service is included in the base rate. Actual-cost and outside-agency fees should be confirmed before service is scheduled.
