Board bulletins, drought updates, open meeting notices, agendas, and urgent service communications are time-stamped and kept together for easy public access.
Our posting practice
Regular meeting notices are checked for at least 72 hours of lead time. A qualifying emergency notice is checked for at least one hour and must identify the urgent public necessity. The board remains responsible for all other posting locations and requirements that apply.
